                        - Heatless type desiccant air dryer


 

                              It is the desiccant equipment to fill high alumina gel having mositure and chemical attraction into the

                              tank in order to supply the pressure air of saturation come from air compressor under high dry status,


                              A typical regenerative dryer consists of two towers charged with activated alumina desiccant.

                              One tower dries air, while the desiccant in the other toweed with low pressure and low pressure

                              and low humidity air.


                              Often ,heat is added to assist the regeneration process. In this design, a small amount of the dried

                              air (from the drying tower) is expanded to near atmospheric pressure in the regenerating tower.
                              The dry air becomes super dry on expansion, and readily absorbs the moisture from the saturated

                              desiccant bed.                              

                              Like this, the machinery to reiterate the dehumidification and regeneration  under allowed time and

                              then, supply the dried air is called as " Desiccant air dryer ".

                              Among above, heatless dryer is "Heatless type desiccant air dryer" and pressure air of 5-15% is utilized

                              in order to regenerate a desiccant due to heatless.


                              SHL series offers the maximum in reliability. A solid state timer and valves cootrol the entire drying and

                              regeneration process.

                              Generally, Our system uses a 10 minutes ( 5 minutes ) cycle ; 5 minutes ( 2 minutes 30 seconds ) drying,

                              3 minutes 50 seconds ( 2 minutes ) regeneration and 1 minute 10 seconds ( 30 seconds ) repressurization.

 




                        

 


                              -  Pneumatic aquamatic valve in which operations is sure and there is no trouble is utilized.
                              -  P.C.B ( Printed Circuit Board ) equipped with micro-processor is set.
                              -  Super dried air from pressure dew point -40c to -73 is produced.


                              -  Safety valve is equipped with tank for user`s safety
                              -  A high quality activated alumina is utilized.


                              -  Filter is installed into control line and there is no iner trouble on the machinery.
                              -  Installation , repairing and maintenance are easy and if the desiccant and consumpables are

                                 exchanged periodically, it can be utilized semi-permanently.

                                 ※  Standard desciccant is the activated alumina gel.

                                 ※  Heat exchanger equipped with dryer more than "SHI 430" is test acquired by

                                       KOSHA ( Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency ).

                                 ※  Standard voltage is  220V / 1 / 60 Hz, non standard is available.

                                 ※  Up to dew point  -73.3 ℃ can be manufactured accordering to ordering.

                                 ※  Desiccant is supplied after filling to the tank less than  "SHL 1100", but if more than it,

                                       it is shipped under seperation.

                                 ※  Be careful that  above specification can be changeable at any time without any prior notice
