Water cooled type
Warm and moisture air enters the air-to-air heat exchanger, where it is precooled without going cool air.
The cooling of air causes moisture condensation and minimizes heat load on the refrigeration system.
This condensate is removed(larger sizes), and air flows to the air-refrigerant heat exchanger.
Pre cooling allows use of a smaller refrigeration unit and lowers the cost of drying. the precooled air is
further cooled to the 35°F range in the air-to-refrigerant heat exchanger. The cooling capacity is provided
by the regeration system.
The cooling of compressed air causes condensation of moisture which is separated by a highly efficient
centrifugal separator. Condensed moisture is drained automatically by an automatic drain from the separator.
The cold air flows through the air-to-air heat exchanger, where it is re-heated by the incoming warm air.
Reheating increases the volume of air, prevents the sweating of air lines, and lowers the relative humidity
of the air, thus enabling it to do more work.
- It is made of graphic control panel, on/off switch, on/off lamp, refrigerant gauge and , air gauge and
the operation situation can be checkable at any times.
- As for the products more than middle size, there is the function to monitor the temperature on each parts of
refirgerating cycle and therefore, the temperature can be detected automatically or manually. Futhermore, as the
distinction for defects of the products and utilizing time is indicated, it's very convenient to repair and maintenance it.
- Since power drain to discharge the dedensate forcibly is equipped with 1st and 2nd condensate,
the condensate is discharged completely and surely.
- Because the specific heat exchanger, cross-wave baffle fin, which performance was already proven,
is equipped with, the heat exchange for miniaturazion and weight lightening came true.
- All exterinal surface was powder-painted and there are no corrosion and scratch by exterinal stroke
and it is also elegant.
- Design, inspection, production and test are made based on the strict standard and a best quality and
performance are guaranteed accordging to through post management.

Electonical specification under 50hz is ordering production.
The capacity under 50Hz is about 83%.
3) Utilizing pressure over 9.9kgf/cm2 is also ordering production.
4) The large capacity more than above type can be manufactured accordering to ordering.
5) Heat exchanger equipped with dryer more than "SDA 50" is test acquired by
KOSHA ( Korea Occupational Safety and Health Agency )
6) Based on the temperature of cooling water is 32℃,
